Service Description

Even within an hour, it's amazing how deep, empathic listening and a clear witnessing presence can evoke healing, new awareness and insight. My approach in each session is to hold a loving, non-judgemental space, that is totally attuned to you in that moment and in which, together, we get to the heart of the matter, without the need for extensive story. I do not seek to foster your dependence upon me, rather your stepping into self-awareness, integration and empowerment. Clients often find that even in an hour of my holding space for them, all kinds of shifts and breakthroughs occur and I really love going into that deep space of loving presence with you. I have a strong intuitive insight, warm compassion and non-judgemental presence, but will also speak directly and plainly when required: stating what I see. Alongside deep listening and somatic presence-ing, in our session I may guide you in meditation or an embodied practice and offer channelled wisdom alongside practical tips and techniques. I can record the session for you if you request this and will follow up the session with an email including this and any sources or points of note it may be useful for you to have. Whatever is discussed in our sessions is held in confidentiality. Payment must be made in full before the session. NB. These ad hoc sessions are generally reserved for clients, who have already worked with me one-to-one and wish to receive some top-up guidance and support. Occasionally, I will make them available to new clients, but please consult with me first.

There are no refunds once you have booked, but you are welcome to sell on your ticket.
