along with opportunities to share in circle and rest, you will be lovingly guided into the remembrance of our inherent oneness.

Our journey will be supported by the heart-opening medicine of cacao, as well as an exquisitely crafted play-list.

This is not about being lithe, super-fit or bendy, but rather deepening into the the stillness and bliss that these body-mind-spirit integration practices invite.

As with all such practices of bringing awareness to our embodied experience, this may touch tender parts of the heart and mind, which is not only welcome, but considered a sacred expression of the awakening soul.
You will be safely held and supported to deepen in your own capacity for self-reflection and recognition by myself and Bayari, who between us bring over 40 years' experience in spiritual contemplation, conscious embodiment and compassionate space-holding.

The key-notes for this experience are sacred, joyful, exquisite, deep, tender, revelatory and potently life-affirming.

This is a mixed non-residential event. All are welcome.
​
The ratio of movement to stillness will be roughly 50/50 and you will always be at choice as to the level of your participation.
​
Even as our focus is on connection and intimacy, this is understood as being rooted in the capacity for intimacy with self & Spirit, remembering and tending to the innocence of our creature bodies and vulnerable hearts.

There will be no nudity or sexual activity.
Wheel of Consent principles will be our guide.

which is fully equipped with wooden floors, fabulous sound system and a handy mini-kitchen where you can store or heat up your lunch.

Shakti Sundari will be your leading guide for this weekend, bringing her wisdom, expertise and passion for the path of full-bodied spirituality together with her gift for creating exquisite sacred space in service to love, truth and union.
Shakti has been teaching conscious dance, yoga, meditation and tantra for over 20 years. She is also a skillful bodyworker and Reiki Master, graduate of the Wheel of Consent Like a Pro training and avid fan of the Gene Keys.

As both a mother and Priestess, Shakti effortlessly and compassionately weaves the every-day together with the sublime, whole-heartedly embodying the path of awakening in the nitty gritty of life.
Radiant mystic & sacred alchemist, Bayari Lou Beagan, will be supporting our weekend with her loving presence, delicious cacao and connection with the angelic realms.

Bayari is a both a devoted seeker and earthy sensualista, who lives the prayer of manifesting heaven on earth. She is a tantrika, bodyworker, healer and creatix, who channels cosmic messages with the support of crystals and oracle cards. .
