On the journey of awakening, there's something particular to the experience of being woman.
Our bodies and sexual energy are central both to the rising of our awareness and integration of our growth.
Our emotions and tender hearts may be stirred in particular ways, inviting the alchemy of full meeting in presence.
Our non-linear way of intuiting and knowing activated, yet not always respected in the mainstream.
Our unique soul gifts and callings come online, yet we ourselves may doubt them.
And, of course, as we awaken, all our unconscious beliefs, wounds and triggers continue to emerge - for loving transmutation.
Sitting together with other women on this journey and being held in compassionate, wise, deep presence, is deeply nourishing and supportive. Arguably essential.
Fostering well-being, community, healing and growth.
I've been holding space for women for over 20 years, including as a facilitator of sexual and spiritual awakening, but also a teacher of conscious dance, yoga and meditation.
And it's always an honour and pleasure for me to hold and guide women in this way.
