Navigate disappointment & scarcity thinking. Cultivate trust, an open mind and grounded optimism. Connect with your knowing.
Week 2 - Living in love
Become the love you seek. Choose love as your way of life. Do, be, think, speak love. Meet the parts of you that feel unlovable.
Week 3 - Mastering desire
Embrace longing, lust or shut-down. Embody eros. Claim your deepest desires.
Week 4 – Clearing your man-field
Release attachment to past loves. Illuminate anger, bitterness, judgement or resentment. Bring forgiveness and healing to their root. Soften into compassion.
Week 5 - Holding the line
Stand in your truth. Set sacred boundaries. Handle tests and temptation. Appreciate growth.
Week 6 - Integration & completion
Recapitulate. Fine-tune. Celebrate.

I’m Shakti Sundari: teacher, guide, mother, lover and a woman walking the very same path.
I’ve spent over 20 years facilitating sexual & spiritual awakening for women, whilst studying the art of authentic relating and I'm a devotee of inner and outer union.
My passion lies where sex and spirit, masculine and feminine, body and mind meet and my training includes: conscious dance, kundalini yoga, meditation, tantra, authentic relating, couples therapy, Radical Honesty and the Wheel of Consent.
