Week 1 - Keeping the faith
Navigate disappointment & scarcity thinking. Cultivate trust, an open mind and grounded optimism. Connect with your knowing.
Week 2 - Mastering desire
Embrace longing, lust or shut-down. Embody eros. Claim your deepest desires.
Week 3 – Making peace with the masculine
Illuminate bitterness, judgement and resentment. Bring forgiveness and healing to their root. Soften into compassion.
Week 4 - Holding the line
Stand in your truth. Set sacred boundaries. Handle tests and temptation. Appreciate growth.

I’m Shakti Sundari: teacher, guide, mother, mystic, lover and a woman walking the very same path.
I’ve spent 20+ years facilitating embodied awakening for women, whilst studying the art of authentic relating.

My passion lies where sex and spirit, masculine and feminine, body and mind meet and my training includes: conscious dance, y yoga, meditation, tantra, authentic relating, couples therapy, Radical Honesty and the Wheel of Consent.
