There’s a gender war at large, so we’re told. And if you follow social media then it’s easy to believe that’s the whole story. I don't think it is.

​

For sure, gender relations and the world of dating and relating have changed beyond all recognition in the past few decades, leaving both men and women confused, frustrated and wondering how to achieve the connection and intimacy that all human beings need to thrive.

​

But as someone who's been working in the field of authentic relating, conscious embodiment and feminine awakening for over 20 years and who's taken the past 1.5 years to research contemporary dating, what I'm seeing here isn't a war or a disaster, but a glorious opportunity for better loving.

​

Not just between men and women, but for the whole world.

 

Because every structure and institution our societies are based upon originate in relationship. And the masculine-feminine dichotomy is one of the most fundamental polarities that can be used either in service to a more peaceful, loving world for ALL - or its opposite.

​

Yes, there may be some discomfort or irritation at present, but all that means is that you are being handed an invitation for growth.

What I see happening here is this:

Society has changed.

Relating has changed.

Women have changed.

But a lot of men haven’t adapted to this new reality.

​What I know to be true without a doubt is that women are longing to connect and relate with men in healthy, mutually fulfilling, juicy and meaningful ways.

 

And one of the primary blocks for men to their enjoyment of the wonderful gifts of feminine energy is the outdated scripts they are operating by. 

​

Which is great, because scripts can be changed and re-written.

​

It's kinda like the operating system for "man relating with woman" needs an upgrade. LOL!
