Service Description

My in person sessions are high value, unique to you and life-changing. I want to know that you are sincere in investing in and taking responsibility for your self, since I wish to support your growth, not your dependence. I also need to get clear on the kind of support you are seeking, so as to tell you honestly if I can help and then tailor my services to you. At the same time, I believe it's essential that you feel aligned with my energy and safe in my presence. So if you would like to work with me in person, I invite you to book a complimentary 30 minute Discovery Call with me, so that we can both see if we are a fit. Your details and our discussion are treated with respect and held in confidence and place you under no obligation to work with me. Once our call is complete, I'll email you with a suggested outline for how we can work together. Fyi, most of my one-to-one work is conducted within the container of a minimum commitment of 1 month. They can be conducted via Zoom or - once lockdown has eased - in person.

Cancelation Policy

Discovery Call bookings can be re-scheduled with at least 24 hours notice. Failure to give notice means we cannot reschedule your call. One-to-One & Private Shakti Yoga sessions require 48 hours' notice to re-schedule or cancel. After that time, your payment is forfeited in full. Rapture Study Group Bookings cannot be refunded once made, but you may email to request to join a future group instead.
