• Make space for shame, grief, guilt, fear, resentment, jealousy, self-loathing and other emotions to be fully felt and transmuted

• Commit to full self-responsibility and self-honouring: visioning and owning your new erotic her-story

• Practice embodying Shakti and articulating your needs, boundaries and desires.
